加拿大联邦自雇移民项目是指为那些在文化、艺术、体育等领域已取得一定成就的作家、画家、艺术家、演员、教练员、运动员等人员，愿意并且有能力到加拿大继续从事之前的事业，以自雇的形式申请移民加拿大，并且可以为加拿大社会、文化活动做出重大贡献的外国人而设立的移民项目。

- 能够为加拿大的文化或体育生活做出重大贡献
相关经验：自雇人士必须在申请之前的 5 年有至少两年的文化或体育活动的工作经验：
- 2年的文化或体育自雇经验或
- 2年的参加世界级的文化活动或体育比赛或
- 1年的文化或体育自雇经验+1年的文化活动或体育比赛
选择标准：共有5方面打分因素，申请人必须要达到最低35分 (总分100分)
- 经验： 35分
- 教育： 25分
- 语言能力：24分
- 年龄： 10分
- 适应性： 6分
自雇移民没有最低净资产要求，但是必须证明有足够的资金用来：
- 与家人一起在加拿大生活和安居，并且
- 资助自己所要从事的工作
哪些职业被列为自雇移民的项目中？
加拿大移民部IRCC列出的艺术、文化、娱乐和体育活动职业类别，是以加拿大就业和社会发展部ESDC 所制定的完整的职业清单为标准，其中将2021 年国家职业分类NOC中的第5类别作为自雇移民的类别。
