今天（6月25日），加拿大移民、难民及公民部IRCC对毕业后工签PGWP申请工签的教育课程进行了重大修订，以反映2025年劳动力市场的最新需求。此次修订新增的119个学习领域的学生将有资格获得PGWP，同时取消了178个学习领域的资格。
此次变更适用于以下国际学生：
- 就读非学位课程（不授予学士、硕士或博士学位的课程）；并且
- 于 2024 年 11 月 1 日或之后申请学习许可。
在 2025 年 6 月 25 日之前提交学习许可申请的学生将继续享受之前的规定：只要他们的学习领域在申请时位于已获批准的 PGWP 合格名单上，他们仍然有资格获得 PGWP，即使该名单此后已被删除。
符合条件的学习领域有哪些变化？
截至本次修订，目前有 920 个符合毕业工签 (PGWP) 资格的学习领域。值得注意的是，IRCC 已将交通运输领域的教育课程从目前的 PGWP 资格课程列表中完全移除，并且仅保留一个农业和农业食品领域的教育课程。新增的符合条件的教育课程与加拿大经济关键行业中持续存在劳动力市场短缺的职业直接相关。178 个目前不符合条件的学习领域已被移除，因为该类相关的职业不再存在劳动力短缺。
新增的 119 个教育课程涉及以下学习领域：
- Healthcare and social services; 医疗保健和社会服务；
- Education; and 教育；以及
- 技工类
教育领域的课程是 PGWP 资格学习领域的全新成员。下表列出了添加或移除的各学习领域PGWP资格的教育课程（及其相关的教学计划分类Classification of Instructional Program (CIP) code代码）。注：此列表并非已添加或移除课程的详尽列表。
